How much water do you drink a day?
I dont know abt you but I only drink only abt 2-3 cups of water everyday (ideally 8 cups)

THIS IS WHY I SUPER SCARED I'LL SCORE A KIDNEY FAILURE.
True story. I grew up watching NKF charity shows, and it's always abt sodium and water.

So last Christmas I was shopping with Merv and we went into this toy shop at PS.
I spotted the Hello Kitty bottle and I know I have to bring it home but I was feeling especially stingy that day zz



December = Christmas & Thanksgiving = feeling generous to people but stingy to self (true story)
SO, I told myself to get it the next month. I returned to the same shop but it's sold out.
HEARTBREAK X100000. How often do you get to see hello kitty bottles?

Its the SIGG Hello Kitty water bottle that I superrrrr love lol :D

I now call Merv the Ebay genius. He found the exact bottle that I want and ordered it online for me as a gift!!

Honestly, Im trying my best to cut down on coke/root beer/lemon tea etc.
Talk abt health consciousness.

From what I know, we can get better complexion and digestion if we drink more water instead of soft drinks.

Best thing is, I can shed some weight too trollllllll the fats and sugar levels!

I mean, its not just pretty, its a frigging SIGG bottle. Talk abt quality yo.
I calculated. The bottle holds 0.6litres. Which means everyday I have to drink between 3-4 bottles of water and I'll be safe!
