FASHION CAPITAL OF THE WORLD 2011
SO if you havent heard abt Fashion Capital of the World, well you ought to. A Fashion City/Fashion Capital is a city where the fashion industry has a relevant and important position for the local economy.  // sewmanstore Here's the rankings for you.
1) CONGRATS SINGAPORE! AND COME ON PEOPLE, For the very first time since 8 years ago when this survey first started, SINGAPORE IS ON THE CHART THIS YEAR! #whyilovesingapore 2) LONDON YOU ROCKKK Fish and chips isn't the most fashion-friendly (read: low calorie) dish, the rainy weather wreaks havoc on fashionistas' high heels and Buckingham Palace is neither sleek nor stylish.
But London still managed to be named the world's fashion capital for 2011, thanks to the two London heroes: Kate Middleton and Alexander McQueen.

I couldnt comprehend why Tokyo is in the ninth place *think & think agn* Honestly, I think that Tokyo should be ranked before HK & Spore Not like we dont know, any Mary/Jo/Lisa that you see on Tokyo streets are always dressed up, that includes housewifes who walks to the rubbish chute to clear their bins at 5am.
