FINANCIAL TSUNAMI

“The US will lose its status as the superpower of the world financial system. This world will become multipolar” with the emergence of stronger, better capitalised centres in Asia and Europe, Mr Steinbrück told the German parliament. “The world will never be the same again.”

I've never cared abt the economy because I used to think it doesnt affect me. Im just a mediocre Sin-ka-bo-lien afterall. <-- Thats what I USED TO think. Okay fyi, I just leapt out of the well.

Frankly speaking, I feel so burdened knowing the recessions are on their way to invade companies. Freah graduands are in to taste the economy tsunami pretty soon. How many breadwinner will lose their jobs, how many old uncle aunties will be sacked and struggle with living expenses. Its sad to know that there're old people today who live on $1 for every meal. $1 not even enough to buy a coke frm kopitiam.

It doesnt feels good when I hear the protestors frm HK crying on the teevee, trying to convey their agony of losing lifetime savings to the govt. How would you feel if your lifetime savings were declared with just a strike off your bank book overnight.

All because the managing director of the bank made a wrong forcast of the economy insight. But who doesnt makes mistakes?

The most trustable organization can fall;
The most accurate insight we earn can turn out otherwise;
The investment and loses can be just overnight,
but one thing I know; God's word never changes.
